Questions people ask
Do I own my website and Google profile?
Your domain is registered in your name, and your Google Business Profile stays in your name too. We're added as a manager, never the owner.
What's the difference between the two plans?
Both keep your site online, secure and backed up, and renew your domain each year. Hosting and management also covers unlimited small changes, five bigger updates a month, a monthly Google post, replies to your reviews and a short monthly report. On Hosting only, you run your Google profile yourself and we quote any changes before we make them.
Which plan should I choose?
If your prices, hours or services change often, or you want your Google profile kept active with posts and review replies, choose Hosting and management. If your site will rarely change and you're happy to run your Google profile yourself, Hosting only is enough. You can move up any time.
How does the R399 special work?
Your first 3 months on Hosting and management are R399 a month. From month 4 it's R799 a month. The special applies once per business, including if you start on Hosting only and move up later.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. We'll build a free demo so you can compare the two, and move your domain across when you're ready to launch.
I already have a Google listing.
Good. We'll tidy up the one you have instead of starting again. You stay the owner and add us as a manager.
Can you help with more than the website?
Yes. We help businesses move bookings, payments, quotes and customer records online. We start by looking at how you work now, then quote before anything starts.
How long does it take?
Your demo is usually ready within 2 working days. Once you approve it, launch mostly depends on how quickly we get your photos and details.
Do I need to be on the North Coast?
No. We're based in Ballito, and everything runs over WhatsApp, calls and email, so we work with businesses anywhere in South Africa.
What if I need more changes?
On Hosting and management, small changes like wording, prices or photos are always included, and so are five bigger updates a month, like a new section or page. Anything beyond that, or new features like online bookings or a shop, we quote first. On Hosting only, we quote every change first. Nothing happens until you approve it.
